Police Arrests Amritpal Singh's Gunman Virender Johal
Virender Singh has been sent to Dibrugarh Jail in Assam
AMRITSAR: Another associate of Amritpal Singh, head of 'Waris Punjab de' organisation, has been arrested today. Police nabbed Amritpal's accomplice Virender Singh from Patti. Notably, Virender is Amritpal Singh's gunman. Meanwhile, WPD chief is still absconding from the police and the hunt is ongoing.
According to information, Virender Singh has been sent to Dibrugarh Jail in Assam after NSA was imposed on him. Virender Singh is a resident of Jaur Singh Wala of Patti. The Punjab Police has so far released 197 youths out of the 353 youths arrested after March 18 during the search operation of 'Waris Punjab de' chief Amritpal Singh. The police have decided to release these youths after preliminary investigation.
