Punjab Assembly in Disarray During Budget Session latest news: Punjab Assembly was in disarray during the budget session when Congress MLAs walked out. But Congress legislators Rana Gurjeet Singh and Sandeep Jakhar decided to sit in the House.
The commotion started when Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan allowed Sandeep Jakhar to speak. In the meantime, Sukhpal Singh Khaira interrupted and started speaking instead. The Speaker scolded Khaira, saying that he should let others, such as Jakhar, get their point across as well.
