Zirakpur Rape Case of Chandigarh Class 12 student latest news: On Thursday, a shocking case was reported from Zirakpur wherein a Chandigarh Class 12 student was raped by the school bus driver. In the meanwhile, the driver has been arrested and police have been granted his 2-day remand, the Station House Officer Jaskanwal Singh Sekhon said. 

A case has been registered against the school bus driver for editing the photo of a Class 12 student of a private school in Chandigarh and threatening her to make it viral and even threatening to kill her younger sister. The accused has been identified as a Manimajra resident. 

Zirakpur police station in-charge Jaskanwal Singh Sekhon said that he had received a complaint from the victim, on which the police has registered an FIR by taking immediate action. 

The victim who complained to the police said that she was a student at a private school in Chandigarh. The School bus driver often chased her and one day the accused forcibly stopped her in the school parking lot and asked her to be friends. The student protested and refused after which the driver started blackmailing her by editing her photo. 

The police said that the accused did not stop stalking her and edited a photo of her from a function to make her naked and threatened to make it viral on social media. On May 18, when the family was not at home, he forced his way in. He threatened to kill her younger sister if she did not have sexual relations.

The victim got scared and the accused forced sexual relations with her. The accused forced her to have physical relations with her several times by threatening to make her morphed pictures go viral and to kill her sister. One day when her health deteriorated, her family asked the reason and she told the whole story.
