Political parties are playing politics on the Amritpal Case: MP Ravneet Bittu

CHANDIGARH: Congress MP Ravneet Singh Bittu targeted Amritpal Singh and said that there are people who are helping Amritpal. MP said, "Today, several people are saying that Amritpal assisted youth to get rid of drugs, but there are centers for this purpose in every district, there are doctors sitting in every block.

MP further said, "How could Amritpal eliminate drug menace from society? What theory did he have?  This is extremely wrong. The young people were only under the illusion that Amritpal Singh was delivering drugs, so they went to him. He handed over weapons to the youth."

Interacting with the media, he said, "Political parties are playing politics on the Amritpal case, many parties have taken a U-turn but I kept asking for action on Amritpal Singh. Attacking Harsimrat Kaur Badal, he said that she had raised question outside the Parliament that the government was not doing anything against Amritpal, but from the day action was taken against Amritpal, she took a U-turn and said that atrocities were being committed against Sikhs. Amritpal, who started this clash in Punjab, escaped, but the innocent youth were caught by the police."

He added, "If there was nothing wrong with Amritpal then he should not have escaped but should have spoken to the police."

Ravneet Bittu appealed the youth and said that they should not help Amritpal. 20-25 people who insulted the tricolor in Indian embassies abroad will be blacklisted. Now Indians will not give them visa. The police will now investigate in the matter and register case against them.
