Spokesman News Service: Amritsar: 18th Nov'18: Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh strongly condemned the Amritsar bomb blast and announced compensation of Rs. 5 lakh each to the kin of the deceased and free treatment of injured people.

Three people were killed and at least 12 others have been injured in a blast. The blast occurred at the congregation of the Nirankaris in Adliwal village of Rajasansi town in Amritsar.

An eyewitness said the explosions were triggered by two unidentified youths who threw the explosives into the Satsang. More than a dozen persons who sustained fatal injuries were rushed to various hospitals in Amritsar and are under treatment.

Capt also asked Home Secy and DGP of Punjab Police, DGP Intelligence and DGP Law & Order to rush to the spot to investigate. Captain Amarinder Singh also appeal to the people of Punjab to maintain peace in wake of Amritsar bomb blast.
