Heat wave continued on Saturday as well
Ludhiana (RP Singh): The weather will change drastically in the coming days and there is a possibility of rain along with strong winds in many districts of Punjab. The information was shared by Head of Meteorology Department, Punjab Agriculture University, Ludhiana, Dr. Pavneet Kaur Kingra. He said that on April 16 and 17, there are chances of rain in some areas of Punjab, while on April 18 and 19, the possibility of rain is being expressed in the whole of Punjab. On the other hand, the heat wave continued on Saturday as well.
According to Meteorological Center Chandigarh, Bathinda recorded the highest temperature of 42.0 degrees Celsius. Chandigarh registered 40.5, Amritsar 40.0, Ludhiana 39.4, Pathankot and Patiala 40.1, Gurdaspur 37.4, Barnale 41.6, Fatehgarh Sahib 40.5, Firzpur 40.8, Hoshiarpur 40.9, Jalandhar 39.6, Mohali 39.4, Muktsar 41.2 and Ropar 38.6 degrees Celsius.
