Prompt Response by Fire Brigade Prevents Disaster as Blaze Threatens Adjacent Gas Agency

AMRITSAR: A Massive Fire erupted at a garment factory situated on Batala Road in the Amritsar district, sending shockwaves through the area. Swift action by the fire brigade averted a potential disaster, and authorities managed to successfully bring the blaze under control. However, preliminary estimates suggest that the fire may have caused losses amounting to lakhs.

The Sudden Outbreak of the fire in the garment factory triggered chaos in the vicinity as thick plumes of smoke billowed into the sky. The situation became even more critical due to the presence of a gas agency located just 100 meters away from the inferno's epicenter. Fortunately, the fire department's timely intervention prevented this dire scenario of fire reaching the gas agency from unfolding.
