The Govt offices will now open from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm

CHANDIGARH: In a major announcement, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant-led government has changed the timings of government offices. The Government offices will now open from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm.

This decision taken by the government will be applicable from May 2 to July 15. For the first time in the country, any state has implemented the decision. The new formula aims to save electricity during peak season.
