Supreme Court Petition Filed to Register Case Against Pakistani Don for Punjab Grenade Attacks: Gursimran Singh Mand, President of the International Anti-Khalistan Terrorist Front, has filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking action against Pakistani don Shahzad Bhaati, who is allegedly involved in continuous grenade attacks in Punjab.

The petition requests that cases be registered against him under anti-terrorism laws and the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).

The petition emphasizes that strict action must be taken against those who disturb peace and law and order in Punjab.

Advocate Gaurav Arora from the Punjab and Haryana High Court will be representing the petition.

The petitioner, Gursimran Singh Mand, S/o Manjit Singh, aged about 50 years, is a permanent resident of Ludhiana, Punjab, and the petition is filed in the public interest.

The petition seeks urgent action and judicial direction to the Union of India and the State of Punjab to declare Pakistani don Shahzad Bhaati a terrorist under Schedule IV of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (UAPA).

It further seeks to direct the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and Punjab Police to register and investigate cases against him and his associates; initiate extradition and international cooperation measures through Interpol; and prevent further terrorist propaganda and recruitment through his online and digital platforms.
