Action taken in the wake of Anti-Party Activities

CHANDIGARH: Punjab Congress has expelled former MLA Sushil Kumar Rinku from the party. The Congress cited that this action has been taken in the wake of anti-party activities.

The information has been shared by Punjab Congress in-charge Harish Chaudhary. There are speculations that Sushil Kumar Rinku is likely to join the Aam Aadmi Party and the party may announce him as its candidate for the Jalandhar Lok Sabha by-elections.
