Raja Warring wrote that the police should take strict action against Amritpal, otherwise congress will call-on a mass protest.

Punjab Congress President Amrinder Singh Raja Warring on Wednesday (March 1) appealed Director General of Police (DGP) Gaurav Yadav to take action against Waris Punjab De chief Amritpal Singh and his supporters for attack on Ajnala police station in Amritsar district. Warring has written a letter to the DGP. 

As per the media sources, Raja Warring wrote that the police should take strict action against Amritpal, otherwise congress will call-on a mass protest.

Notably, Demanding the release of kidnapping case accused Lovepreet Singh, Amritpal Singh and his supporters with swords, guns barged into a police station in Ajnala on Thursday (February 23). They also brought a vehicle carrying a copy of the Guru Granth Sahib. Amritpal Singh's aide and kidnapping accused Lovepreet Singh 'Toofan' went off from prison in Ajnala on Friday (February 24).
