Punjab Zira Clash Violence latest news today AAP vs Congress Workers: In a shocking development amidst the Punjab Panchayat Elections 2024, the workers of Aam Aadmi Party and Congress party clashed with each other in the Zira constituency creating an intense atmosphere. During the chaos, the police were forced to fire in the open to disperse the crowd. 

In Zira, tensions flared during the filing of nominations for the panchayat elections, resulting in a conflict between two parties. Amid the dispute, gunfire was exchanged, and Congress leader Kulbir Singh Zira was injured.

The clash occurred over the submission of nomination papers for the elections, with both parties involved resorting to violence.

Former MLA and District Congress President Kulbir Singh Zira sustained injuries during the firing. Police are making every effort to control the situation, but as of the time of writing, the atmosphere remains tense.
