Jaipur: Two brothers drowned today when a van fell into a river as it was trying to avoid hitting some bovines on the road in the Kushalgarh police station area of Rajasthan's Banswara district, police said.

Four passengers were on their way from Kushalgarh to Andeshwar to offer prayers at a temple when the driver of the vehicle tried to steer the vehicle away from cattle on the road. In the attempt, the van swerved into the river.
