As per the report, a group of armed naxals had abducted Dhruv from his village Jharawahi, located around 350 kms away from the capital, on March 9 this year, he said.

"Subsequently, the ultras held a jan adalat, where they brutally hacked him to death after thrashing him badly in front of villagers," he said. A case has been registered in this connection, the SP said adding that further probe into the case is on.
