Voting is underway in 58 constituencies across 8 states/UTs

Lok Sabha Elections 2024 Phase 2 Latest News: In continuation with the festival of democracy — the world's biggest election — 58 constituencies across 8 states have been voting in the sixth phase of Lok Sabha Elections 2024 on Friday. 

Reportedly, the voting is underway in 58 constituencies across 8 states/UTs, including 8 seats in Bihar, 10 in Haryana, 4 in Jharkhand, 6 in Odisha, 14 in Uttar Pradesh, 8 in West Bengal, and 7 in Delhi-NCR. 

In the meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday posted a tweet on X in which he wrote: "I urge all those who are voting in the 6th phase of the 2024 Lok Sabha elections to vote in large numbers. Every vote counts, make yours count too! Democracy thrives when its people are engaged and active in the electoral process. I especially urge women voters and youth voters to vote in large numbers." 

It is pertinent to mention that the next phase of Lok Sabha Elections 2024 will be on June 1. 

June 4, 2024! This will be the D-Day as the fate of political leaders will be out.
