Five people were arrested here allegedly for betting on an Indian Premier League match, police said Monday.

Muzaffarnagar (UP), Mar 25 (PTI) Five people were arrested here allegedly for betting on an Indian Premier League match, police said Monday.

Six mobiles and Rs 50,000 in cash were also recovered from the shop near Vahelna Chowk that was raided Sunday evening, Civil Lines SHO Navratan Gautam said. The arrested accused are being interrogated, he said.
