Devastating Collision Near Salawas Village Shakes Jhajjar; Speeding Truck Collides with Tractor

JHAJJAR: A heart-wrenching incident unfolded in Haryana's Jhajjar, as a youthful life was tragically cut short in a road accident. The accident transpired in the vicinity of Salawas village when a speeding truck collided with a tractor, resulting in the untimely demise of the young man aboard the tractor. Additionally, another individual on the tractor suffered severe injuries and was promptly admitted to a private hospital for medical care.

The accident was swiftly reported to local authorities, prompting a rapid response from the police. A police team promptly arrived at the scene, taking possession of the deceased's body and conveying it to the civil hospital for post-mortem examination. The young man who lost his life has been identified as 18-year-old Sachin, the resident of Jamalpur.

The details suggest that Sachin and his uncle Praveen were en route to their home village of Jamalpur on a tractor when tragedy struck. A speeding truck rear-ended the tractor, causing an abrupt and fatal collision. Sachin's untimely demise is further compounded by the fact that he was the only brother among seven sisters.

Sachin, who had recently completed his 12th standard education, was actively engaged in coaching for employment opportunities in Jhajjar. In addition to his educational pursuits, he made significant contributions to his family by actively participating in agricultural activities.

Sub-Inspector Sanjay Kumar of the Salawas police station, serving as the investigating officer, swiftly initiated a case against the truck driver for reckless driving. The decision to file charges was based on the statements provided by Sachin's father. The truck driver was apprehended and is under custody.

Following the post-mortem examination, the body of the deceased has been entrusted to his grieving family members. The tragic loss of Sachin has cast a pall of sorrow over the community, where family and friends unite in mourning the untimely departure of a cherished young life.
