The police said that on October 12, Yudhvir, along with his associates, had fired at Amit, a day after they had an argument with his friend, to scare him. He had fired in the air to extort money from a provision store owner on October 14 and later that day, he fired again to scare a man, following a scuffle, they said.

On November 14, Yudhvir, following a dispute over valet parking, shot at Krishna Kundu and in the incident one of the former's associates Ravinder was also injured, the police said.
