Agniveer Jawan has been identified as Ajay Singh, resident of Khanna.

Punjab-based Agniveer Jawan Martyr in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri News: In a shocking incident, the 23-year-old Agniveer Jawan from Punjab has been martyred in a landmine blast at Rajouri in Jammu and Kashmir. 

According to information, the 23-year-old Agniveer Jawan has been identified as Ajay Singh who was a resident of village Ramgarh Sardars of Khanna in Punjab.

In the meanwhile, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann took to X, formerly known as Twitter, and wrote: "In the landmine blast at Rajouri in Jammu, 23-year-old Agniveer jawan Ajay Singh of village Ramgarh Sardars of Khanna has been martyred... We express our heartfelt sympathy to the family... A heartfelt salute to the courage of the brave jawan towards the country." 

He further said, "As promised by the government, the family of the deceased jawan will be helped in all possible ways... For us, our jawans are our pride, even if they are firefighters."
