Anmol Bishnoi, Brother of Lawrence Bishnoi, Deported to India: A Key Figure in High-Profile Crime Cases

The United States has deported Anmol Bishnoi, the younger brother of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi. He is going to face Indian authorities for his involvement in multiple high-profile crimes. U.S. officials arrested him in 2024 for illegal entry. He is now accused of orchestrating the murder of Baba Siddique, a prominent political figure, as well as for firing outside Bollywood actor Salman Khan's residence in 2024.

According to a statement from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Anmol Bishnoi was deported on November 18, 2025, and will be handed over to Indian law enforcement officials upon his arrival in India on November 19. His deportation follows a series of legal procedures, including an Interpol Red Corner Notice and a non-bailable warrant issued by a Maharashtra court. Many news channels have reported that Bishnoi was initially detained in the U.S. on charges related to illegal immigration but later became the subject of extradition proceedings due to his criminal activities in India.

Bishnoi's name has been linked to several violent crimes, including the murder of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala in 2022. He is also accused of providing weapons and logistical support to the murderers of Baba Siddique, who was killed outside his son’s office in Mumbai in October 2024. Indian authorities claim that Anmol, like his brother Lawrence, is deeply involved in organised crime networks spanning extortion, arms trafficking, and murder.

NDTV also reported about a rift between Lawrence Bishnoi and his former gang partner Goldy Brar intensified due to Anmol's arrest and subsequent legal battles. As tensions within the gang rise, the legal consequences for Anmol Bishnoi are likely to escalate, with authorities set to question him intensively once he returns to India.
