We found a live record of this rally on the Facebook page of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on 11 November 2023. Amit Shah had held a rally in Depalpur, Madhya Pradesh on 11 November 2023.

We listened to this video completely and found that at 7 minutes in the video, Amit Shah says, “When you go to vote on 17th, remember one thing that do not vote to make Manoj Nirbhay Singh MLA. With your vote he will definitely become MLA but your vote will go to the development and security of Madhya Pradesh. Your one vote will form the government in Madhya Pradesh. Modi ji's double engine government will be formed."
