Dhaula Kuan BMW Accident Case: Court Notice On Accused’s Plea To Preserve CCTV Footage Latest News: Delhi’s Patiala House Court on Wednesday issued notice on the application by the accused, Gaganpreet Kaur, for preservation of CCTV footage of the accident. The court will hear the application tomorrow.

Accused Gaganpreet Kaur's advocate Nikhil Kohli told ANI, "We have sought two days to press the bail application. The next date of the hearing is on Saturday. We have asked for the CCTV footage as well..."

Gaganpreet Kaur, who was driving the blue BMW, rammed it into the motorcycle riding an elderly couple, killing the husband, Navjot Singh, and leaving the wife with serious injuries.
