Five teams of NDRF were involved in the Rescue Operation

AHMEDNAGAR: Sagar, an five-year-old boy who fell into a 15-feet deep borewell on March 13 (Monday) evening in Maharashtra's Ahmednagar district has died. The child was pulled out but died during treatment at the hospital. Five teams of NDRF were involved in the rescue operation. 

Notably, Sagar's father does the sugarcane cutting work in Kopardi village. According to NDRF, the child suddenly fell into the borewell while playing at 4:00 pm on Monday. The police was informed after which rescue operation was initiated. An ambulance and other medical assistance had been kept ready at the spot, so that the child could be treated immediately as soon as he came out. Despite all the arrangements, the child could not be saved.
