New Delhi: The cases of coronavirus infection are increasing day by day in the country. In the last 24 hours, a record of 9,887 new cases has come to light while 294 patients have died. Since June 1, more than 50,000 cases of infection have been reported.

File PhotoFile PhotoThe number of corona patients in the country has increased to 2,36,657. So far 1,14,073 patients have been cured. The epidemic has so far claimed 6,642 lives. The recovery rate is 48.20%.

Maharashtra is the worst affected by the corona epidemic. The number of corona cases has crossed 80,000 here in which so far 35,156 patients have been cured. The epidemic has killed 2,849 people in the state so far.

CoronavirusCoronavirus Tamil Nadu ranks second in the list of states affected by the coronavirus. The number of corona patients in the state has increased to 28,694. 12,700 patients are undergoing treatment and 15,762 have been discharged so far. Corona infection has killed 232 people in the state.

The number of corona patients in Delhi has crossed 26,000. 15,311 patients are being treated and so far 10,315 people have recovered. The epidemic has killed 708 people in Delhi so far. Delhi ranks third in the list of worst-hit states affected by corona infection.
