Hisar: BJP leader Sonali Phogat, popularly known as the TikTok star and now contesting against Congress leader Kuldeep Bishnoi from Haryana's Hisar's Adampur constituency, slapped Sultan Singh, the secretary of the marketing committee, after a minor altercation in Hisar.

Meanwhile, in the video, Secretary Sonali Phogat kept trying to stop him. In the video, Sonali is telling the secretary that you are using such words as if you have no understanding.
