New Delhi: According to the Indian Meteorological Department, heavy rains, hailstorms and strong winds (30-40 kmph) are expected in all parts of western north India for the next three days from the evening of May 3.

Kuldeep Srivastava, head of the Regional Meteorological Center, Delhi, said the western storm would intensify as it would form a low-pressure area and generate moisture from the Arabian Sea.
