Snapchat Down in India Memes: Users share memes on social media as their snaps is near end

As many as 80 percent of the users were facing issues.

Snapchat Down in India Memes: Snapchat users in India, who are often seen sending snaps to maintain streaks, reported a technical glitch as they failed to send messages and snaps to their friends, especially when their streaks were near the end. However, the services resumed after over an hour of outage. 

As per the outage-detecting platform 'Downdetector', as many as 80 percent of the users were facing issues with the applications while the company did not acknowledge the outage, at first. 

Social media users started mocking the platform by posting memes, thoughts, and trolls. One of the users said: "Yesterday, Snapchat fired many of their employees. Today, Snapchat is down. The reason behind that could be a fired employee pushed the wrong code into production."
