Srinagar: A 25-year-old woman was injured when militants fired upon her in south Kashmir's Kulgam district, police said today. Suraya Jan was injured when unidentified militants fired upon her at her residence in Katrasoo village of Kulgam late last night, a police official said. He said Suraya received injuries on her right leg. She was rushed to a district hospital, where from she was referred to SMHS Hospital here for further treatment, the official said. PTI
