Rohtang tunnel project workers have started rebuilding the road. The road at one place was thrown open to traffic while work continued to clear the debris at another place to reconnect the approach road to the Rohtang tunnel.

Most parts of the Manali region experienced downpour on Tuesday night. The Beas and its tributaries are in a spate. The entire valley is experiencing heavy rainfall every night while weather becomes clear during day time.
