He directed to activate the field staff and mechanism so that there was a smooth flow of traffic during the apple season and said IPH water pipelines be restored in coordination whenever any damage was caused so that there would be no inconvenience to the general public.
He also directed the Agriculture and Horticulture departments to access the loss and damage due to heavy rain and said all departments should prepare and update memorandum of losses so that the same was complied at the state level and could be sent timely to the Central Government. He directed the Health Department to conduct a special drive for the prevention of epidemics and waterborne diseases and keep reviewing any such incidence and take corrective measures immediately.
