New Delhi: The Apex court has refused to stay the National Green Tribunal orders to demolish the prominent five resorts in Kasauli for encroachment.

New Delhi: The Apex court has refused to stay the National Green Tribunal orders to demolish the prominent five resorts in Kasauli for encroachment. The vacation bench comprises of  Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul and Justice Abhay Manohar Sapre refused to stay the NGT order.

The green court had given six week time to the Himachal Pradesh Pollution Control Board to file a complete status report in this regard.
