Farmers Plan Women's day march latest news: A meeting was held in chandigarh involving all the leaders from Samyukt Kisan Morcha (Non-Political), Kisan Mazdoor Morcha and Samyukt Kisan Morcha (Political) and Efforts were made to unite various farmers organizations and the individuals conducting protests at the Shambhu and Khanauri borders since several months now.
SKM non-political worker Pritam Singh said that talks were conducted in a friendly environment regarding the new offer of SKM for unity, with some objections being raised by KMM and SKM (Non-Political). The offer will be reviewed again before making a final decision.

He has registered a high temperature of 103.6 degrees and was found positive for ketone in his recent urine test, with blood pressure being 176-107. A group of doctors is keeping a close eye on his health. Farmers have also threatened to resume their march to Delhi on March 25 if the meeting with the central government on March 19 does not satisfy their demands.
In an effort to increase the protest, farmers will celebrate International Women's Day on March 8 on a massive scale to register their protest for legal assurance of Minimum Support Price (MSP) and 12 other issues, such as relief from debt and improved working conditions.
