Punjabi movies are pretty predictable nowadays. There’s not much to explore in the industry as most of the directors, producers are not ready to experiment new scripts and genres. Somehow, actors too are reluctant to essay different roles with the fear of falling badly on the box office.
Breaking the ice in the glam world, Parmish, known for his out of the box executions, has decided to take the risk and debut in a different genre. When most of the movies are being made in similar genres — Rom-Com, Parmish, decided to kick start his career which is based on Sports.
Parmish has made numerous appearances in the videos that he has directed and has been highly appreciated for the characters and sequences that he has done in the films (Music videos), yet his fans had always yearned to see the talented actor/ director on the big screen.
As per reports this is going to be first of its kind movie in the Pollywood which is based on Sports but will offer a complete package of Romance, Action, Suspense and situational comedy. Movie ‘Rocky Mental’ showcases the life story of a boxer and here Parmish Verma essays the role of ‘Rajdeep Singh’, a struggling boxer and portrays the challenges faced by the boxer in his personal life.
‘Rocky Mental’, in short, puts to light the chronicles a struggling Boxer and how he overcomes the challenges and problems in his life. The movie is slated to hit the silver screens on 18th of August.
