Mumbai: Controversy queen Arshi Khan is in legal trouble, as an arrest warrant has been issued against the Bigg Boss 11 contestant. According to reports, Jalandhar magistrate court issued an arrest warrant against the self-confessed seduction queen for missing the court hearing for the last three months. However, Arshi can take a sigh of relief as her publicist Flynn Remedios has managed to get a stay order on her arrest.

According to sources, a spokesman said, "An arrest warrant was issued against Arshi Khan on Monday by a Jalandhar magistrate's court. I could not attend the court as I was down with fever and as we all know, Arshi Khan is locked inside the Bigg Boss house. Arshi Khan has been inside the Bigg Boss house since October 1st and this was the third time that the case came up for hearing in the last three months." He clarified that the arrest warrant is not canceled but the cops can't take any action before January 15.

"However, on producing proof that Arshi Khan is locked up inside the Bigg Boss house, the court was pleased to stay the execution of the warrant until January 15, 2018. In simple terms, this means that the arrest warrant still exists and is not canceled, but the police will not take action until January 15. If Arshi Khan attends the court before that, the warrant may be canceled or else the police will execute the warrant," a spokesman added.

Arshi is not just creating a lot of buzz in the Bigg Boss house but in the outside world too. Be it her infamous stint with Shahid Afridi, calling him 'Mehboob', or flirting with co-contestants. She knows how to be a part of controversies and headlines. The case for which Arshi has to attend the hearing was filed by a lawyer in Jalandhar for painting the national flags of India and Pakistan on her semi-nude body.
