Recently , Ammy Virk posted a pic on social media which went viral over the internet. In this post Ammy Virk revealed that he has lost 22 kgs in past one year for his new role of hockey player. He thanked his fans for their support . He also thanked his trainer Sam Dhillon for his body transformation.


He also said that his mother is not happy with his new look because she doesn't like him so slim. But he said that he has convinced his mother that he has done this for the shoot of his upcoming movie.
