Ajay Devgn’s next movie with Vidyut Jammwal on Dussehra 2018

Mumbai: Bollywood actors Ajay Devgn and Vidyut Jammwal, who worked together in the recent release Baadshaho are all set to lock their horns at the box office in Dussehra (October 19) in 2018. While Ajay Devgn’s untitled movie co-stars Tabu and is directed well-known editor Akiv Ali, Vidyut Jammwal’s action-adventure, Junglee will be helmed by Hollywood director Chuck Russell, who is known for directing films like The Mask, Eraser and The Scorpion King. Interestingly, the makers of both the films announced the release date of their respective films yesterday.

Ajay Devgn and Tabu starrer are said to be an urban love story. Whereas in Vidyut Jammwal’s action-adventure flick, the actor portrays the role of a veterinarian who, on his homecoming to his elephant reserve, encounters and fights an international poachers racket. The film will show a unique relationship between man and elephants.


It is said that since Vidyut has lived in Kerala, learned Kalaripayattu there, and has grown up in the midst of nature, connected with the subject instantly. Actor Ajay Devgn enjoys a huge fan following in the country, whereas Vidyut has managed to impress the audience with his martial arts skills and mindblowing stunts.

It seems that the audience will definitely find difficult to select their first choice from this clash. On the professional front, Ajay Devgn will be next seen in Rajkumar Gupta’s Raid along with Ileana D’cruz. The actor portrays the character of an income tax officer in the film and is set to hit the screens on March 16, 2018.
