The Traitors India Season 1 Winner: Uorfi Javed Speculated to Take the Crown
Famous Bollywood director Karan Johar’s latest web series The Traitors — a ruthless reality show — is making waves with its intense plot twists. Season 1 took a dramatic turn with the release of its latest three episodes on June 27.
With these new episodes, the show has aired nine episodes in total so far. The contestants are divided into two groups — traitors and innocents. Initially, there were three traitors. However, one of them was caught and eliminated early on, while the remaining two continued eliminating the innocents with precision — until episode 7.
In episode 7, much to fans' shock and grief, one of the two remaining traitors was murdered.
Although one final episode is yet to air — scheduled for Thursday, July 3 at 8 PM — fans have already begun speculating that Uorfi Javed might emerge as the winner of the show.
On Thursday, Uorfi shared an emotional post, writing, “During a reality show, what people don’t understand is that it looks easy from the outside. Inside, it’s a different story. Emotions are high. You see 1 hour; we spend 24 hours without phones or any contact with the outside world. It ain’t as easy as it looks. Easy to judge, but difficult to understand — even for the people inside. We also don’t understand.”
Meanwhile, the elimination of Elnaaz has devastated her fans. Social media platforms have been flooded with messages admiring her gameplay and expressing shock at her exit. Elnaaz, who played one of the traitors, was praised for her strategic and impactful presence on the show.
One fan, tagging her on Instagram, wrote — which Elnaaz later reposted“Elnaaz, love you for being the smartest player in the history of reality shows. Would have been the happiest if you had won.”
Another fan expressed their grief, “Traitors India just lost its MVP! I am mourning! Take a bow. Your game might have ended, but as they say, 'quality over quantity!' Within 7 episodes, you owned this season, and this season will be known after you! Someone sign her up for some Netflix shows! @iamelnaaz”
Yet another viewer shared their disappointment, “The fact that I stopped watching The Traitors because Elnaaz got eliminated. You are one of the best actresses I know.”
More fans echoed similar emotions, “Elnaaz was the best thing that happened to The Traitors. Well played.”

There were countless such tributes. In response, Elnaaz also posted a story video saying she couldn’t sleep because she had been crying after receiving so much love and appreciation from fans.
Currently, the remaining traitor in the game is Paurav and he recruited one more after Elnaaz’s eliminaiton. However, fans are also speculating that the “rabid kid” aka Apoorva — might be the next who gets eliminated.
Apoorva, late Thursday night, posted a cryptic Instagram story, writing, “Go watch episodes 7-8-9. It was the elimination of the best of the best — people who added strategy, love, drama, and fun to the show. What a watch!”
As the suspense builds, fans eagerly await the finale to see who claims the title in The Traitors India Season 1.
