Mumbai: Two people working at the home of Bollywood's most famous producer-director Karan Johar has been found infected with the corona virus.

Karan Johar himself has issued an official statement saying that his family is now in isolation for 14 days. Karan Johar's official statement has been shared by Bollywood film trade Taran Adarsh.

Karan JoharIn it, Karan Johar wrote, "I would like to say that the corona test of two members working in my house has come positive. As soon as they showed symptoms, we immediately separated them in a part of the building."

BMC has started maintenance of the building as per the rules. "Apart from those two members, the family and the rest of the staff are all safe," Karan added. None of us show any symptoms. We all had our tests done in the morning.

Apart from them, all the tests have been negative. However, the whole family is currently in isolation for 14 days.

We are currently following all the rules issued by the administration and BMC. We will also ensure that our staff with corona is treated in the best way possible and that they are well cared for. Hopefully, they will win this battle and come back soon.

This is the most difficult time when all precautions should be taken while staying at home.
