Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said the state and the entire country were victims of “stagnation,” allegedly due to the incompetence of parties like the Congress and the Samajwadi Party, while drawing a comparison between the developmental work carried out by his government under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi and that of previous governments.
Speaking at a mass gathering in Greater Noida in the presence of PM Modi today, CM Yogi said, “Prime Minister, over the last 11–12 years, you have taken significant steps to move 'New India' toward the goal of a 'Developed India' across every sector. The Noida International Airport is a vital part of this journey. The people of Uttar Pradesh are now providing the nation with a new direction on the global aviation map, fulfilling your vision.”
He went on to state, “Parties like the Congress and the Samajwadi Party, through their incompetence, left both the country and the state in a developmental bottleneck. From 2002 to 2017, Uttar Pradesh continuously endured that disgrace and was a victim of such stagnation.”
