10 lakh new ration cards will be issued in the state: Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann

Ration card registration will take place within 21 days

Following the Punjab Cabinet meeting, Aam Aadmi Party-led Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann announced that 10 lakh new cards will be made. He said that verification will now be done digitally. The Chief Minister said that registration will take place within 21 days, and it will begin from tomorrow. He also said that they are in touch with the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee regarding the sacrilege law.
