DGP Gaurav Yadav highlighted that the state cyber cell has achieved notable progress over the past four years. Beyond strict rule enforcement, the force has launched 657 public awareness programs. These initiatives prioritize education and encourage citizens to utilize the national cybercrime helpline, 1930, for immediate reporting of suspicious transactions.

The operational success is distributed across the state's law enforcement hierarchy. Cybercrime stations operating under local Police Commissioners and Senior Superintendents of Police have been instrumental, successfully securing 673 arrests in various fraud cases across the state, ensuring that the local investigative reach remains robust.
