JP Nadda meets CGP representatives for 10 minutes, receives written demands as Sansad Chalo March protests intensify near Parliament.
Amid the "Sansad Chalo March," the Cockroach Janta Party (CGP) has claimed that police have taken Abhijeet Deepke into custody. The CGP has appealed to all its members to come out onto the streets and support him.
Saurav Das said on the social media platform X, "Police have taken Abhijeet Deepke into custody. We appeal to all members to immediately come out onto the streets and stand in support of the students. Police are brutally cracking down on peaceful protesters and beating them." Earlier, Delhi Police had also taken several protesters heading towards Parliament into custody. Meanwhile, security at Parliament House has also been increased.
Union Health Minister JP Nadda met with a delegation from the Cockroach Janta Party (CGP) on Monday regarding the ongoing protests over Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation.
CGP spokesperson Saurav Das shared this information on the social media platform X, saying, "After waiting for more than two hours, Ashutosh Ranka and I met with JP Nadha ji at his residence for 10 minutes. We handed him a written letter containing our demands, and he assured us that he would hold internal discussions on the matter in the meantime."
"He has promised to communicate with us internally while we submit a written letter outlining our demands. Das remarked, "We are in that process." "The minister promised to address this at the proper level. But as of yet, no promises have been made. Until the demand is fulfilled, the nonviolent demonstrators won't stop.
