The youth-led "Cockroach Janta Party" (CJP) has intensified its nationwide protest movement, staging a demonstration in Lucknow today. Demonstrators are demanding the immediate resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, citing widespread irregularities and administrative failures in recent competitive examinations.

The CJP, a movement founded by Abhijeet Dipke, has rapidly gained traction among Gen Z. Born out of frustration over recurring paper leaks and systemic exam issues, the group utilizes satirical, youth-driven activism to call for government accountability. The Lucknow protest, slated for the Eco Garden, faced immediate questions regarding official authorization. While Dipke confirmed his presence in the state capital, reports suggest that local police permissions remained unconfirmed as of Friday morning. Looking ahead, the movement is scaling up its operations across the country. Following successful protests in Delhi and Pune, the party has announced a packed schedule for the coming week. Demonstrations are planned for Amritsar and Bengaluru, aimed at expanding their influence before a large-scale rally at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi on June 20.

By consistently applying public pressure, the CJP aims to force transparency and policy changes within the nation's fragile examination ecosystem.
