Dipke says no alignment exists between BJP and RSS chief's views

Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) convener Abhijeet Dipke blamed a lack of alignment between the ruling party and its ideological mentor and urged the BJP on Friday to follow its "godfather" RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat's advise not to characterize protesting Gen Z youngsters as anti-national.

Speaking to reporters the day after Bhagwat met with Gen Z in Mumbai, Dipke insisted that the ruling party support the RSS chief's admission that the youth protests at Jantar Mantar over irregularities in the NEET exam were the result of legitimate complaints.

Bhagwat publicly defended Gen Z on Thursday, stating that their complaints are sincere and that he respects their integrity. He also insisted that young people's protests do not constitute "anti-national" behavior. His interaction in Mumbai is being seen as the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh's most significant outreach to Gen Z (born roughly 1997-2012) and Gen Alpha (2013-2025) since the CJP's protests over NEET paper leak culminated in Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation last month.

The BJP government's handling of the protests, which turned violent during the July 20 march to Parliament in New Delhi called by the CJP, has invited criticism from different quarters. The most important statement of Mohan Bhagwat was that the protesting youth should not be called anti-national and their issues are genuine, Dipke said.

"Earlier, the BJP president called us a virus, and former Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan called us the B-team of terrorists. Now they should listen to Mohan Bhagwat because he is the mentor and godfather of the BJP," he remarked.The CJP representative said that disregarding the RSS chairman is a concerning trend and asserted that there is no alignment between the BJP's position and Bhagwat's opinions because the ruling party keeps taking a different posture.It is concerning if they are not paying attention to their mentor. "Bhagwat should talk to the BJP once if this is the case," he stated.

Dipke called for a comprehensive probe of the videos that were making the rounds in response to social media narratives surrounding the Jantar Mantar protests.I think it's important to look into the videos that are appearing on social media. Dipke added that CJP teams have been sent to Jharkhand to support candidates who are protesting purported irregularities in the eastern state's recruitment tests.

He cautioned that if small-scale protests were disregarded, they might quickly grow into a significant national movement.We'll make an effort to unite people around issues that affect young people.
