A major legal petition seeking immediate security intervention against an upcoming public demonstration in New Delhi has failed to secure an emergency listing. The high-stakes street protest is currently scheduled to take place at Jantar Mantar on Saturday, June 6.

The scheduled demonstration is organized by the Cockroach Janata Party, a rapidly growing youth-driven digital movement that has gained massive traction and prominent public subscribers. The outfit is demanding the immediate resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan over recent examination-related lapses and systemic irregularities.

The Public Interest Litigation filed by the Save India Foundation expressed major law and order anxieties. The organization requested immediate crowd-control measures at the Indira Gandhi International Airport, primary metro stations, and key entry highways to maintain public safety.

The legal petition further alleged that the group turned students into an unregulated contingent by utilizing servers tethered overseas to execute a transnational destabilization agenda. The petitioner urged administrative authorities to relocate the gathering or enforce strict videography to track instigators from foreign jurisdictions.

Ultimately, the vacation bench of Justices Saurabh Banerjee and Amit Sharma officially refused to hear the urgent plea. Founder Abhijeet Dipke has maintains his public call, urging supporting youth and students to proceed with the capital assembly directly at the airport.
