Prime Minister Narendra Modi parliamentary constituency Varanasi achieved the tenth national rank, while industrial hub Kanpur Nagar secured the fourteenth spot in green power integration.
The comprehensive national list features seventeen districts from the state including Agra, Aligarh, Bareilly, Barabanki, Gorakhpur, Jhansi, Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, Prayagraj, Raebareli, Saharanpur, Shahjahanpur, Sitapur, and Unnao. Officials attributed this widespread expansion to rising citizen awareness and proactive administrative backing.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath emphasized that robust financial incentives and streamlined approval procedures accelerated rooftop installations state wide. Representatives confirmed that the government remains dedicated toward establishing these seventeen top performing districts as national benchmarks for sustainable green power development.
