Free written exam prep, physical training and mentoring to benefit rural and tribal candidates across Himachal

Chief Minister Thakur Singh Sukhu has announced a completely free training, physical coaching, and guidance program for individuals hoping to become constables in the Himachal Pradesh Police. The program was started to give young people in the state more work options and to give them the tools and training they need to be successful in the hiring process.

The announcement for the hiring of 800 constable positions in the Himachal Pradesh Police was made on July 9 by the Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC). According to a statement released today, Sukhu has instructed the Director General of Police to set up organized training sessions for all Armed Police Battalions around the state.

Free written exam coaching, physical efficiency test preparation, comprehensive recruiting process advice, personality development, discipline, motivational sessions, and mentoring by seasoned police officers and qualified trainers are all included in the program. According to the chief minister, the effort demonstrates the state government's dedication to guaranteeing that all worthy candidates, regardless of financial or geographic limitations, have an equal chance to participate.

According to him, candidates from rural, isolated, and tribal areas—where access to high-quality coaching and training facilities is frequently restricted—would especially benefit from the program. The HP Police would shortly issue detailed information regarding the training schedule, venues, and registration process. Interested candidates have been advised to stay updated through official communications issued by the HP Police.
