Chandigarh, July 22, 2026: Senior BJP leader Sanjay Tandon participated in the 'Congress Ke Khilaaf BJP Ka Halla Bol' protest on the NEET Issue.  Terming the Congress' protest outside the Prime Minister's residence an 'irresponsible and politically motivated campaign', Tandon said the people of the country would teach a befitting lesson to the Congress. Tandon was speaking to media persons while participating in the agitation at the BJP office, Kamalam, Sector 33, Chandigarh.

He said that the Congress and AAP made the Cockroach Janta Party a front and tried to create a situation of anarchy so that Parliament gets disrupted.

He further said, "The Congress does not want to listen to reason. It has shut its eyes and ears to the facts and is deliberately trying to mislead students and the public for political gains. At a time when the government is doing everything in its power to identify and punish those responsible for the paper leak, the opposition is more interested in spreading misinformation than supporting efforts to protect the interests of students."

He said that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led Central Government is fully committed to safeguarding the future of the country's youth and ensuring complete transparency in competitive examinations. He asserted that those responsible for the NEET paper leak would not be spared under any circumstances.

He said, "The Modi Government has acted swiftly and decisively. Thirteen accused have already been taken into custody, and to ensure that students do not suffer because of the wrongdoing of a few individuals, the re-examination was conducted successfully, and the results have been declared."

He alleged that despite these concrete steps, the Congress continues to play politics over the issue instead of acknowledging the government's actions.

He said the BJP would continue to take the government's message to the people and reassure students that the Modi Government is determined to protect their future and ensure that those guilty of paper leaks are brought to justice.
