IPL 2024 Schedule: BCCI Announces Complete Schedule, Check Details Here

IPL 2024 Complete Schedule: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Sunday announced the schedule for the IPL 2024. After revealing the schedule for the first 21 matches, the BCCI seamlessly arranged the remaining matches starting with the 22nd match on Monday, April 8.

The IPL planning team has cleverly devised a program that avoids conflicts with Lok Sabha Elections 2024 at various stages, ensuring the smooth running of the tournament while maintaining the home and away format. 

Known as the second home of the Punjab Kings, Dharamsala will host a home game (day game) against Chennai Super Kings on May 5th and a home match against Royal Challengers Bangalore on May 9th. Two games (night games) will also be held.

Moreover, the preferred second venue Guwahati for Rajasthan Royals, will witness exciting encounters. Rajasthan Royals will play against Punjab Kings on May 15, followed by Kolkata Knight Riders on May 19 in the climax of the league campaign.

All in all, the schedule promises to be an action-packed IPL 2024 season that will enthrall cricket lovers across India.

After a break on May 20th, the spotlight will shift to Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium as the world’s biggest cricket stadium hosts an electrifying Qualifier 1 clash featuring two top-ranked sides on Tuesday, May 21st, followed by the exciting Eliminator on Wednesday, May 22nd.

Similarly to the season opener, the Qualifier 2 and the grand final will take place in Chennai, the home turf of reigning champions Chennai Super Kings. The Qualifier 2, to be played between the loser of Qualifier 1 and the winner of the Eliminator, will take place on Friday, May 24th, followed by the summit clash on Sunday, May 26th.
