NEW-DELHI: UP Warriors defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) by 10 wickets in the Women's Premier League (WPL) match. This is UP's second win. Captain Alyssa Healy played an unbeaten innings of 96 runs for the team. This is RCB's fourth straight defeat in the tournament. The team led by Smriti Mandhana has lost all four matches so far. On the other hand, UP has registered two wins in three matches.

RCB were bowled out for 138 runs in 19.3 overs. Sophia took four wickets for 13 runs. Apart from them, Deepti Sharma took three wickets for 26 runs and Rajeshwari Gaikwad took one wicket for 26 runs. In reply, UP Warriors won the match by scoring 139 runs without losing a wicket in 13 overs with 42 balls to spare.

Ellyse Perry top scored for RCB. She played an innings of 52 runs off 39 balls and hit six fours and a six. Apart from Ellyse Perry, only Sophie Devine (36 runs) could face the UP bowlers for sometime. RCB captain Smriti Mandhana let the team down and managed to score only four runs.
